The recent LiveMe app update on iOS turned on Voice Isolation for broadcasts, which makes correct musical performances IMPOSSIBLE and also basically mutes all background music in streams. This is absolutely ridiculous and a major problem for the entire platform, causing several streamers to leave the app already. Music has always been a crucial part of the streaming experience, even more so for performers, who now cannot perform. Support just says “we appreciate your patience” but the app has been broken for over a week already. Obviously having an app that actually works correctly for its intended purpose is not important to this developer!

Can’t use blue tooth speakers that happened a few up dates ago

This is the best app to stream off, but I just wish they could’ve changed it and make it look more better and have better gifts

When you try to contact support they never answer but to block accounts unfairly they do it quickly

Update: the new update just crashes constantly. Somehow it just gets worse and worse with time. The app does everything it can to annoy you as much as possible, endless spam pop ups every time you open or tap anything, have to constantly close them. Nonstop spam notifications with ridiculous gibberish text throughout the day, so when you barely notice when there’s a real notification of someone going live, as 99% of the messages are spam. You guys are clueless about how to design an app people actually want to use. You’re pushing everyone away, forcing us to turn off notifications or delete the app. Not to mention the fact that it uses SEVERAL GIGABYTES OF STORAGE so it fills the phone with wasteful garbage code. Awful. With every update it gets more and more bloated.

I spend my own money on coin drops. I block coin thieves but they can still sit in my room and take in coin drops! This should stop now! Otherwise completely addictive APP!

I stopped streaming on LiveMe because I was getting harassed and bullied by the CLÃSIQ Agency ~ 🏁MADAM CLÃSIQUE to be exact if you know who I’m referring to. I was manipulated into joining this agency by BOSSLADY & joining it turned out to be a complete nightmare. MADAM got on her livestream calling me out of my name and spreading rumors about me. Someone needs to come get their granny off the internet. Just sad..smdh. The definition of unclassy and ghetto. I don’t even understand why LiveMe allows these types of people to own agencies on their platform. Not to mention, MADAM CLASIQUE then got several others who are apart of her agency to harass me non stop on LiveMe and outside the app. The harassers even followed me onto other apps to continue to harass me, and I’ve already emailed LiveMe with screenshots and they did absolutely nothing about it. Now, I don’t stream at all on LiveMe due to this. I used to be really popular on LiveMe back in 2019 before I joined back again but I would not continue to tolerate any type of disrespect from anyone, especially on an app where I’m not making any money!!!!!

Inappropriate behavior on live stream. Some people are allowed to break rules and don’t get banned

Sure this app isn’t perfect for everyone, I have used it for almost 8 years. I have met some people in person and they were great to chill with. I wish the app had other options for profiles , more customizable gifts.

People are allowed to break rules if they spend money

LiveMe is not a bad app, but I feel like it has gotten worse in some aspects over the years. Like with all apps, the end goal is to make as much money as possible. It should not cost coins (in-app currency) to retrieve lost messages (deleting the app, redownloading it, and logging back into the your same account shouldn’t delete your messages); at the very least, it shouldn’t cost as many coins (1,000 coins = $10-$15 to recover 7 days worth of messages). Also, there is an overflow of bots. And when you go to report something inappropriate that happens in a broadcast, whether you include screenshots or not, the moderating team usually doesn’t do anything 90% of the time. That’s all I have for now.

First off I just want to say that the communication to consumer is absolutely terrible. It took me long hours & multiple days to get my room to level 11 only to have YouTube completely removed without letting us the consumer know exactly what’s going on. I’ve spent $1000 in a week just to get a huge middle finger to my face. Can you please let us know what to expect in the near future so that we can prepare for it. Thank you

All the advertising of the app in the video shown in the App Store 90 percent of that video isn’t possible in live me app only the multi beams are

Messes with audio and Bluetooth. It won’t connect to any speaker to play my music off of it used to work just fine. And I get flagged for not even doing anything wrong and you guys try to say it’s pornography when it’s not you clearly don’t even read the reviews right either because all your going to say is we don’t allow porn I’m not doing it while other girls are on here and I get flagged for nothing. I see girls in here wearing pretty much nothing how bout you watch for them

they wont let me change my photos or delete my account. like i dont even have the right to take my own pictures down? delete my account asap or Im gonna do something about it

The app is a basic casino without sports betting. You get to talk to people, watch whores and pay for a sexual relationship oh you can gamble as well. Most users are contracted meaning they are employees of LiveMe not your friends and the women do not want to date you, they’re like waitresses serving up a decent conversation especially if you pay them, if you pay them enough you might get to have an encounter off the app with them. Just remember LiveMe is all about the money and so are their employees (broadcasters) they will lie and say it’s not about the diamonds it’s about the friendships don’t fall for it, if they are contracted then it’s all about the diamonds.

With in a day of downloading the app my bank was getting charged money from LiveMe and I haven’t even made my account yet

You see how they don’t show any women of color as the advertisements ? Not very cute You see how they only show women NOT in America ? Rule on the app aren’t enforced equally. I’ve had friends broadcasted ended for wearing tank tops but see girls on featured board wearing tube tops and nothing. If you aren’t skinny you get treated unequally. Then I’ve been blocked from chat for being reported several times by people who are targeting me and I send a message in app and nothing. You automatically chat ban people for reports for 12 hours but appeal system can take several days with no consequences to people who report you. So yes 1 star.

I hate that I can get a refund without getting permanently ban.

Doesn’t let me delete my account I emailed customer service to see what’s wrong with my account no one is responding and won’t let me see how much I made in diamonds it keeps saying my account is at risk

I love this app, I do but I’ve been here almost 8 years and one of the top spenders on the app. But the moderation doesn’t care about people specifically agency managers harassing other creators and other managers. I’m debating on leavig the app because they clearly don’t care about us on this app. My name is IAMJUNIOR on the app VIP 25, top 300 recharger(spender) so tell me, how will you fix this before I leave the app.

Customer service was supposed to get back to me last wednesday in 24 hours but they haven’t an it’s been about a week with still No customer service about my account is frozed which I can’t recharge, send gifts or convert diamonds, my friend paid the coins I owed to LiveMe.

I would genuinely rate it 5 stars , unfortunately the apps down fall is it only has 4 people who work the USA side so if there’s a issue you’re only going to get a robot response there’s no physical response by a human being. They update it so much you get lost an don’t even know what has been updated. Then the conversion is horrifyingly disgusting an and a major disappointment i been on live me for nearly ten years an they do not care at all about safety nothing it’s all about money. I tried to delete my account they redirect me back to feedback so I will let someone buy my account since they won’t be professional

*Update from 7/24/2024* LiveMe evidently is perfectly fine with people sexually harassing people on the app. You can report a user WITH pictures of what a person said and nothing will get done. It’s making the app an extremely toxic place Overall the app is really fun, I’ve personally made some friends from across the world. However I do think that there’s things that need to be changed. The biggest one being the diamond conversion rate. Right now it’s absolute trash, sitting under 30% (for converting to coins) and under 3% (for cashing out) which for regular broadcasters like me makes it difficult to make anything. I honestly think that at least for converting to coins the conversion rate should definitely be higher (could stand to go to at least 50% as opposed to 30%) Updated review: With every new update comes A LOT of bugs and glitches, personally I think the updates should be more periodically released so the can focus on every aspect before the update

From 6 to 8 years ago Live.Me was way better then what it is today. With so many add on’s seem every month, feels though the app’s taking away the main focus that it was originally intended for. Live.Me’s now a money grabber at the same time an open boarder which invites anyone and everyone, from underage kids to mentally disturbed and non English speaking countries, especially the Nigerians and the Filipinos and the Brazilians; which in my opinion, Live.Me should create different region rooms and the selective rooms where we have an option to join. In my opinion, Live.Me’s all over the place and out of focus! It would be better to get rid of the room beams and solely focus on broadcasting and h2h. Many of us are spending great deal of money on this app but with a dissatisfaction! As much as I love the concept of Live.Me, I don’t love the idea of the General population! Segregation, as in choices of the different broadcasting rooms would better uplift us broadcasters rather GP! I hope the Live.Me management can consider the ideas which I’ve mentioned. “Restrict the Room beams’” This way no one has choices but to either go live or join the live broadcasters without the distractions of the Room beams!

Everytime I do a h2h my screen freezes

I wanted an app that would allow me to go live and do stuff with cosplays and horror movies and it’d be fun but as soon as I open the app it’s jsut all women trying to expose their bodies to get views and it’s not interactive you can’t search for certain topics and hardly any of them speak English it’s to chaotic and no clear direction
