Disappointing service

This is a very disappointing streaming service. Only the mobile app plays in HD which is stupid given mobile bandwidth limitations. Not that you see anything great with all the crap shown on screen.

The web player doesnt play at all on Firefox or Chrome. And in IE, it doesnt play any audio on some videos. The player has a download video menu option but it doesnt actually download video; just a playlist file that nothing can work with.
